These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BRIDGE platform. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Use of the platform

BRIDGE provides a workspace where companies publish challenges and talents submit solutions. The platform is provided as-is during its MVP stage.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials safe. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Account and access

Access requires a valid account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users or the service.

Challenge participation

Companies are responsible for the challenges they publish. Talents are responsible for the submissions they upload. Submissions remain the property of the talents who create them, while companies receive the right to review and evaluate them within the platform.

Content and use limitations

You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Service updates

We may update, change, or improve the platform at any time as part of normal product development. Features may evolve while BRIDGE is in MVP.

Liability

BRIDGE is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform during its MVP stage.

BRIDGE is currently in MVP. These pages describe how the platform operates today and may evolve as the product matures. They do not replace formal legal advice — for binding agreements, consult a qualified lawyer.
